Traditional Karate Foundations
Introduces students to the principles of Shotokan karate through a structured curriculum that develops discipline, confidence, respect, coordination, and sound technical fundamentals.
Students learn the essential building blocks required for long-term success in traditional karate while developing physical fitness, focus, and character in a positive and supportive environment.

Technical Development
This class develops the technical foundation required for successful karate. Students focus on correct body mechanics through kihon and selected kata fundamentals, emphasizing posture, stances, balance, hip rotation, timing, breathing, and coordination. The goal is to build technically sound karateka prepared for advanced kata and kumite training.

Advanced Development
Designed for advanced and competition-oriented students, this class refines the technical details of traditional Shotokan karate. Training focuses on efficiency of movement, power generation, advanced kihon concepts, and the technical principles that connect kihon, kata, and kumite.
Advanced Kata Development
Advanced Shotokan kata training dedicated to refinement rather than memorization. Students study higher-level technical details, competition performance, bunkai concepts, rhythm, expression, and individual correction. Depending on experience, students may also be introduced to advanced JKS kata.

Advanced Kumite Development
A higher-intensity kumite class for teenagers and adults. Training emphasizes tactical awareness, advanced combinations, timing, distance management, counterattacks, conditioning, and controlled sparring appropriate for competition preparation.
